Shipping

All products from our store are mailed out using Singapore Post. Overseas orders are sent using normal airmail. However, we recommend using our registered mail add-on to make it easier for you to track the progress and status of your order.

Payment Options

All our products are listed in Singapore dollars. Currently our online store supports using Paypal as a secure way to pay for our products. However, we also accept online bank transfers for our Singaporean customers. To pay using an online bank transfer simply email us to secure your order. However, priority will be given to orders placed through our online website.

Refunds and exchanges
Playful Paper doesn't offer refunds or exchanges. Please view the information under each product description carefully for all size dimensions and product details. If you need any additional information before purchasing, feel free to contact me at [email protected]

If for some reason, a product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately for further information, and an exchange can be arranged if a request is made within 7 days of receipt.
